SHIPPING POLICY — OPULENT FRAGRANCE

Where We Ship Opulent Fragrance ships nationwide across South Africa. We currently deliver to all provinces including Gauteng, Western Cape, KwaZulu-Natal, Eastern Cape, Free State, Limpopo, Mpumalanga, North West and Northern Cape.

Delivery Options and Rates

Standard Delivery — R99 — estimated 3 to 5 business days Express Delivery — R150 — estimated 1 to 2 business days Free Standard Delivery on all orders over R500

Free delivery is automatically applied at checkout when your order total reaches R500 or more.

Order Processing Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed over weekends or on South African public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase and a shipping notification with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Tracking Your Order Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your delivery directly with our courier partner. For any delivery queries please contact us at hi@opulentfragrance.shop or reach out to us on WhatsApp and we will assist you promptly.

Delivery Times All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery to major urban areas such as Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban and Pretoria is typically faster than delivery to outlying or rural areas. Opulent Fragrance is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or any other events outside our control.

Risk of Loss Once your order has been transferred to our courier partner, risk of loss and title passes to you. If your order is lost or damaged in transit please contact us immediately at hi@opulentfragrance.shop and we will work with you to resolve the matter.

Incorrect Address Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of checkout. Opulent Fragrance is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realise you have entered an incorrect address please contact us immediately at hi@opulentfragrance.shop before your order is dispatched.

International Shipping We do not currently offer international shipping. We ship within South Africa only. International shipping will be available in future — please subscribe to our newsletter or follow us on social media for updates.

Packaging All Opulent Fragrance orders are carefully packed to ensure your fragrances arrive safely and in perfect condition. We take pride in our packaging and every order is prepared with care before dispatch.
